As a Partner at Southend Coastal Surgeries, I’m fortunate to work with talented colleagues who are committed to delivering high-quality care to our community.

Outside of my clinical and leadership roles, I’m passionate about improving health literacy and helping people better understand the NHS, primary care, and their own wellbeing. This blog allows me to share that passion beyond the consulting room.
